Wendy Williams reduces price of marital home once shared with Kevin Hunter

Wendy Williams really wants to unload the marital home she once shared with estranged husband Kevin Hunter.

The 55-year-old talk show host has reduced the asking price of her Livingston, New Jersey, home from $1,895,000 to $1,699,000, according to Realtor.com. As Page Six previously reported, Williams and Hunter paid $2,100,000 for the property, which is located in the luxury Bel Air gated community.

They first put the house up for sale over the summer amid their ongoing divorce proceedings, but removed the public listing and made it private after it was hacked by internet trolls. The listing has been re-added online.

Page Six confirmed in September that Williams had moved out of the house and into a $15,000-a-month apartment in Manhattan’s Financial District.

Though the pair’s divorce is still pending, they came to an interim financial agreement in which Williams had to pay Hunter $250,000 so that he can “secure new living arrangements,” according to legal documents exclusively obtained by Page Six. The documents also stated Hunter had to move out of the suburban home to hasten the sale process.

Williams filed for divorce from Hunter in April after he welcomed a baby girl with mistress Sharina Hudson.
